Spearheaded high volume, innovative NPI package development and implementation program and was awarded the highest “Intel Achievement Award”. Drove $100M+ in Capex and BOM cost savings with X-functional, international team of 100+ engineers in development of new package processes via lean manufacturing principles and Design for Manufacturing. Directed deployment and ramp up into Asia.
Managed $470M Asia-based Supply Chain for high volume electronic and mechanical components: contracts, quality, and delivery.
Led program management and new product scale-up of 30+ complex electronic devices into high volume manufacturing (Tablets, Laptops, AR headsets).
Grew an Aerospace manufacturing business from the ground up to over $8M in annual revenue within a 3-year period as CEO and Sourcing Director at Advanced Technology Manufacturing through an innovative business outsourcing strategy.
